Cathy Ponczek, M.S., L.M.F.T. is committed to offering individuals, couples, and families effective and compassionate therapeutic services customized to honor and respect the unique needs of each individual. Utilizing this approach, she cultivates a safe and supportive environment that welcomes each client into their opportunity to work toward achieving greater fulfillment in their lives.
Ms. Ponczek’s clinical experience has included working with a broad spectrum of individuals, couples, and families, both in grant-funded social service agencies and in private practices. She has gained knowledge in the areas of child advocacy, education and teaching, school volunteerism, business management and advertising. Ms. Ponczek informs her psychotherapy with this array of experiences and training, all of which serve to deepen her understanding of her clients and assist them in overcoming their emotional adversity.
Ms. Ponczek received her Master’s of Science degree in 2005 from Nova Southeastern University and is a clinical member in good standing of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and the Broward Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (BAMFT).
