From Interstate 95

Take the Sunrise Bv. Exit of Interstate 95 heading East.  Stay in the middle lane and take a left (heading North) onto Federal Highway (U.S. 1.).  Make your first right turn (into the access road next to the closed down Exxon gas station) and follow the access road into the building’s parking garage. You will see large white letters marking the entrance “1975 Sunrise Boulevard”.
